To submit your idea, log on to the website, click the "Idea Submission" button, and you’ll. be redirected to a Microsoft List—fill in your idea using the provided template there.
All Capgemini employees working for Citi are eligible to participate individually, with the option to submit multiple ideas across any of the given themes.
Once idea submissions close, participants will pitch their ideas to Capgemini leadership, where each idea will be scored, and top entries will advance to the next phase.
Yes, participants will have access to multiple mentorship and level-up sessions spread over three months, where they can attend, learn, and get their queries addressed by experts.
Aspire unfolds in four key phases: it begins with Launch Day and idea submissions, followed by expert-led Level-up sessions to inspire and guide participants, then Pitch Day where ideas would be presented to Capgemini leadership, and finally Innovation Day, where top ideas would be evaluated by clients for potential deployment.
Ideally, yes—attending all Level-Up sessions gives you valuable exposure to expert insights and real-world solutions. However, if you can’t make it, session recordings and weekly email updates will be shared so you can catch up at your convenience and still benefit from the content.
Participants can submit innovative, creative, or breakthrough ideas—whether aligned with the given themes or beyond—as long as they offer value to clients and have the potential to be implemented in their environment.
