Rules



  • • Open to all Capgemini employees working for the Citi clients.
  • • Participants must submit ideas individually.
  • • Multiple idea submissions are allowed across any theme.
  • • Submit ideas via the official website by clicking the "Idea Submission" button.
  • • You’ll be redirected to a Microsoft List where you must use the provided template.
  • • Team members must request access to the tracker if they don’t already have it.
  • • Expert Guidance: Participants are encouraged to attend Level-Up sessions to gain expert insights, explore real-world solutions, and enhance the quality of their ideas.
  • • Pitch Day & Innovation Day: Shortlisted participants must be available to pitch their ideas during Pitch Day and Innovation Day.
